In the early days postpartum, it is important-rest, get acquainted with your baby, and establish a good breastfeeding relationship before you begin pumping and giving a bottle. In this class, you will learn what you need-know about pumping and storing your milk, how-introduce a bottle and how-prepare yourself for going back-work.
This is a one-time class offered virtual.
