Walk with a Doc - June

Did you know that walking just 30 minutes a day can reduce your risk of heart disease, stroke, and diabetes? Join Dr. James Kmetzo, retired Doylestown Health physician, for an interactive talk on resistance exercise, followed by a walk around the park!

For this event, please bring a folding chair!

Each Walk With A Doc Event Includes:

  • Brief health discussion
  • 30- to 45-minute walk around the campus
