This class is all about postpartum. Our educators will help you feel comfortable with what to expect in the hospital and how best to prepare for those early weeks and months at home.  Welcoming a new baby to the family can surely change your life! Nothing is off the table to discuss.  We will cover postpartum bodies, emotions, navigating relationships and more.
This is a one-time class offered only virtually.
