We host an accredited and comprehensive diabetes education program for five-week sessions at different times of the year. In each session, the following topics will be discussed:

• Class 1: Understanding Diabetes (February 26, 2024)
• Class 2: Nutrition (March 4, 2024)
• Class 3: Reading Food Labels, Recipe Modification and Eating Out (March 11, 2024)
• Class 4: Medications and Exercise (March 18, 2024)
• Class 5: Living with Diabetes and Long-Term Management (March 25, 2024)

Fee may be covered by your insurance. Please call your insurance carrier to verify coverage and co-pays. 
Registration is required and attendance with a significant other is encouraged.
