We host an accredited and comprehensive diabetes education program for five-week sessions at different times of the year. In each session, the following topics will be discussed:

• Class 1: Understanding Diabetes (September 8, 2025)
• Class 2: Nutrition (September 15, 2025)
• Class 3: Reading Food Labels, Recipe Modification and Eating Out (September 22, 2025) - Flex 3 room
• Class 4: Medications and Exercise (September 29, 2025)
• Class 5: Living with Diabetes and Long-Term Management (October 6, 2025)

Fee may be covered by your insurance. Please call your insurance carrier to verify coverage and co-pays.
