Three-part series in person. Our registration includes participation in all three sessions, July 6, July 13 and July 20 2023.
Join our certified childbirth educators for this in-person, three session series. During the three sessions, you will take an in-depth view of the labor process, choices for pain management such as comfort measures and medications, interventions and the importance of mentally preparing for birth. You will have the opportunity-practice labor positions and relaxation techniques including breathing in our comfortable educational space dedicated-expectant and new parents.
Cost: $60.00 per couple Please register as 1

Insurance reimbursement: Please be sure to check with your insurance company, as some may reimburse for part or all of the class fees.
