Three-part series in person.  Our registration includes participation in all three sessions, December 6, 13 & 20. 

Join our certified childbirth educators for this in-person, three session series. During the three sessions, you will take an in-depth view of the labor process, choices for pain management such as comfort measures and medications, interventions and the importance of mentally preparing for birth.   You will have the opportunity to practice labor positions and relaxation techniques including breathing in our comfortable educational space dedicated to expectant and new parents.
