Three-part series in the comfort of your home. Our registration includes participation in all three sessions, November 4, 11, and 18 2024
“Zoom” through this three session series in the comfort of your home. Our certified childbirth educators will provide you with the basics. This class provides an overview of the labor process, choices for pain management such as comfort measures and medications, possible interventions, and the importance of mentally preparing for birth.

Insurance reimbursement: Please be sure to check with your insurance company, as some may reimburse for part or all of the class fees.
